Situated on the southern edge of downtown proper known as SoBro (South of Broadway), this stay puts you right in the heart of Nashville. Broadway is a 6-7 block walk and there are some great restaurants and coffee shops even closer, such as Pinewood Social, Husk, and Crema Coffee. This location is walkable or a very short rideshare to anything downtown including Nissan Stadium and the Gulch. Other notable Nashville neighborhoods are just minutes away by car.



Getting Around:

This apartment is ideally located for exploring downtown Nashville! You can easily walk to Broadway and all the downtown attractions. Alternatively, rideshare services are readily available. If you plan to venture further into Nashville's diverse neighborhoods, having a car is recommended. The building offers paid parking for $25 per night. Additionally, free street parking is often available in the surrounding area.
