Nice place for our girls trip! Lots of stairs which was not expecting, but overall it was good..walking distance to good food. The windows in the front room leaked with heavy rain, the coffee pot did not work, and the light bulb was burnt out in our room, with no other lamps. If these problems fet fixed, would definitely stay again.

Great potential

We enjoyed the place. Some things need definite attention. Light in double bedroom 2nd floor was so dim you couldn’t see in that room. Ceiling fan and light in king size bedroom only worked one of the three days. Battery in remote went dead so we replaced it with main room remote but still couldn’t make fan and light work. Definitely need ice trays so we can make ice. Other amenities that could have made it better was a supply of more salt, chip clips, and bath mats.

Clean and comfortable!

Thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations! Easy to book, they responded to the few questions I had very quickly, check-in was seamless. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until almost midnight, had to take newbies to Broadway, so it was a relief to wake up in the morning to the coffee bar and plenty of paper towels and tp, dish soap & sponges. All linens were included, and toiletries were available. Would definitely stay again!

Nice property overall but some improvements needed

The overall property was very nice. There are just a couple of things that should be considered.1. The garage parking space has a major water drainage issue. And it rained almost everyday of our stay and the water consolidation for garage entry was ankle deep in some places.2. I think it needs to be stated in the VRB listing there are many stairs to get to each level of the condo. We managed it ok but this property would have been difficult for elderly people that may not be in great shape.3. It would be a nice thing if they would upgrade the coffee maker to an auto shut off. We luckily remembered it on our way out the door, but most coffee makers today have an auto shutoff after a certain period of time,That last one was kind of nit-picking but it is just a suggestion. Over all we had a great time and all the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen areas were great. Neighborhood seems to be in a transition phase right now and waling alone would not be recommended but in a group it was fine.

Great Getaway

Overall, the property was great, but cannot give 5 stars because there were some issues. The biggest issue was lack of a/c when we arrived, but it was fixed quickly the next morning and we got a credit back for the first night. But, the garage was also too small for my SUV and the rain while we stayed there led to so drainage problems in the driveway. There were a few other small maintenance issues that need to be corrected.

Great stay for bachelorette - close to downtown and airport

We had a great stay here! Great for a group of 9 for a bachelorette party. It was a quick 5 minute uber to Broadway and 15 mins to the airport. The location was excellent and the area felt very safe! Check in was easy. The location was okay for cleanliness - bit dusty and some of the duvets were not clean and had stains on them from prior guests. The only other comment was if they could provide more towels and other amenities. There was only 1 bath towel per person and they only provided one washing tablet so we could only wash the towels once. There was also only one dishwasher tablet provided so we had to buy more. Overall the location was great and the private rooftop was a great feature. Overall I would recommend this place for a large group!

Roomy condo in East Nashville

Overall the condo was clean, roomy and in a great location. Lots of stairs, so as long as your group can handle that it will work. Only negative was the kitchen wasn’t very well stocked as far as glasses and dishes. We had 6 people in our group and there were only 4 drink glasses and 4 wine glasses.

Great Location

The place it self was great. Taking ride share down town is much cheaper than paying to park.Everything we used worked great.Things to watch out for: The curtains in some rooms do not block out the sun. The front door E-lock did not work with us but rarely did we go that way. The tankless water heater was great! Did not get to spend time on the roof but it looked nice! Check in was easy and check out was just was quick. I would/will use this unit again when we come back!

Good Stay

The property is as listed with comfy beds, equipped kitchen (we didn’t cook), washer & dryer and other small touches. I had one minor issue and they were extremely prompt with a response and resolving the problem. Two things I will say, the garage was an awkward size and didn’t fit our minivan but there was parking available on the street; the stairs can be a problem if you have someone in the group with mobility issues. The room on the first floor was a bit dusty but overall the house was clean. I would definitely recommend and stay again if I come back to Nashville.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute, clean condo. The location was convenient to stores, restaurants and Broadway. Be prepared that there are quite a few stairs/levels. One suggestion would be to have more than four chairs for eating at the table (maybe a little bigger table?). Overall very satisfied with our experience.

Great place!

The property was exactly as expected and shown. It was a great place to stay with plenty of places to walk to and easy access to downtown! For a group of girls it was wonderful and we would stay here again! A couple of minor things: batteries need replaced in the fan remotes and they all synced to each other not individually - so if you turned your light on upstairs it would also turn the light on downstairs lol ) coffee mugs had very visible coffee stains and drips left on the them (nothing a quick wash didn’t fix but if you are having a cleaning agency clean - I’d want to know they didn’t clean well or left dirty dishes in the cabinets) other than that everything was great! We appreciated the property.

Lifetime Friends Weekend/Reunion

We loved the property. It was great for 5 women around 60 years old. We even made it up to the roof most nights. There was plenty of room for everybody and 3+ bathrooms was a real bonus. I’ve been to Nashville a few times, but wanted to share my favorite city with some close friends. The location of the house made it very convenient to visit.
