They made me and my granddaughter feel very safe. Staff was welcoming, polite, and very professional. Bed was very comfortable and a welcome experience after a 12 hr drive. We didn’t get to try the pool area because we were just too tired, but it did look amazing.

Check in is good! Free champagne on arrival. Rooms are ok but a little dated. Low water pressure in the shower. They have a bar and breakfast area. Although breakfast is extra. Easy to get to and close to the airport. The air conditioner in the room is very loud. But blows cold if needed. For the price I believe it’s ok value. They should offer better amenities in the room. Better coffee machine and perhaps even free continental breakfast would be a good touch. There is a coffee shop in the lobby that serves Starbucks coffee.

The time that room service options are available is poor. If you want to sleep in and order room service, you can’t because they only bring you food while the restaurant is open. Defeats the purpose of ordering room service when you’re ready so you don’t have to get up to go to the restaurant. So it’s not really room service. It’s just someone bringing up food at the same times you could go down and get it.
