The property is located centrally in a well-established neighbourhood. You will enjoy a private suite via a shared entrance (after the entry hallway, we go our separate ways). The suite has been thoughtfully decorated and stocked for your convenience.

☆☆ BEDROOM & BATHROOM ☆☆
The spacious, yet cozy suite includes a Queen bed, tempur-pedic topper, and comfortable sheets for a good night’s sleep. There’s a mounted Smart television with streaming services, so you can catch up on your favorite shows without leaving the bed. If you need to get some work done, the large table would do nicely.

For a change of pace, there’s a comfortable sofa to relax in.

The clean ensuite bathroom features a toilet, stand-in shower, counter and sink, and built-in storage so that getting ready for your day is a pleasure. Please note that the bathroom has stair access and as such is not wheelchair accessible. Washer and Dryer access is available on request.

To keep you refueled in between your Nashville adventures, the kitchenette includes a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee pot+keurig style (coffee provided), blender, dishes, and utensils.

The private suite is entirely separate from my living space. We share a small entry hallway but then go our separate ways!

The key is in a lockbox so you can arrive at any time.

I can make the washer and dryer available upon request for longer stays. Please let me know before your stay if you'd like to use the laundry.

There are steps to get into the bathroom, so this suite is not wheelchair accesible.

Great location to downtown

Pros: Place was roomy. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. One parking spot right next to entrance. Good host, prompt to respond. Quite neighborhood. Cons: Exterior lighting only worked some nights. When it did work it was so dim it didn’t matter. It made it hard to get into the place when we first arrived. There was dog and human hair on the sheets.

Amazing Stay!

Convenient room East Nashville minutes from downtown Nashville

Nice clean small 1 bath 1 bed. I think sofa bed. Frige microwave coffee + coffee maker. I was just in town for the Americana Festival. Centrally located between East Nashville and downtown Nashville Americana Festival venues.

Nice Oasis

This guestroom suite was exactly as described. The bed was super comfy and the place was very clean. Great communication with Julian. Perfect location and felt very safe as a woman traveling alone. I will not hesitate to stay again.

East Nashville Spring Break

Location was awesome, a few blocks away from my daughter’s house. Could have done without dogs barking throughout the evening. Very comfortable suite.

Great time

Super comfortable bed, variety of pillow choices, stairs similar to that of an art museum or public library in which you have to literally and metaphorically elevate yourself to get to the toilet. 10/10 stay.
