Summary:

Stay inside Nashville history — literally. This brick-and-beam loft lives in an 1865 factory building, now Marathon Village: craft coffee, whiskey tastings & live music steps from your door. Sleeps 8 across 2 bedrooms + sofa beds, with a sunny pool for hot days. 5 min to The Gulch, 7 to Broadway — close to everything, quieter than downtown. Original brick, huge windows, 160 years of character & free parking. The loft your group remembers.



The Space:

Indulge your inner chef in the sleek kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. 2 bedrooms one with extra large closet and queen size bed. The other bedroom has bunk beds with large closet. The second bedroom also has a vanity with sink and mirror. This is perfect for multiple people getting ready at the same time. Extra perks include central AC and a private washer/dryer.





- Early Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM.

- Late Check-out is available ending at 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.

**This complex is majority Short Term Rentals so there is a chance you may hear other guest in the building.



**Note regarding the pool: It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year. It is heated but only enough not to freeze during the Winter.

Great location. Very clean, nice apartment. Close to downtown. Only thing that wasn’t noted, there’s a railroad track behind the building. I sleep with a sound machine and was fine. My brother slept fine in the bunk room without a sound machine. Overall I would definitely rent here again!

We stayed in Nashville for a cheer competition. This apartment was everything we needed and more. The location is perfect with plenty of parking. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were really comfy and the entire apartment, hallways and grounds were really well kept. Some have noted the trains behind the building, but they didn't bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was wonderful—very clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for everyone. The location was also excellent, conveniently close to Broadway and the Gulch.My only complaint was the train tracks behind the building. The trains were extremely loud and ran at all hours of the night, which made it difficult to get good sleep.That said, the property itself was great overall!

We stayed for two nights and were comfortable the condo was close to everything. The condo was nicely decorated and was nice to have coffee available for us.I also liked that it was very private. We basically had the floor to ourselves.

Convenient location. Condo was clean, cute and what we expected. We had what we needed. Mattress was comfy. Parking was easy, door to building an apt was coded. Communication was prompt with owner/manager. We did not use amenities or restaurant so we can not comment. For the most part was relatively quiet. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was due to the train tracks behind the building. Didn’t come often maybe 1-2 a night. Heads up if you have teens who like to sleep or if you have trouble falling back asleep. If not then shouldn’t be a problem at all! Despite the train we would stay here again .
