Stay where the stars really did in Nashville's premier vacation home. 4 stories of modern luxury, Nashville's SkyHaus boasts 4 beds / 5 full baths with enough beds for 12+ guests. Large rooftop includes fire pit, grill, pool table, 85" TV, and retro viewfinder. Cook up a storm in any of our 3 kitchens, Netflix & chill in our spacious living or from any of our 5 TVs. Uber to downtown —only 3 mi to Broadway. Includes 2 car garage + private parking pad.

The Space:
4 story home features 9 beds, 5 full baths, and 4 private bedrooms with 3 common spaces which include more sleeping options. Epic rooftop views with patio furniture, rooftop grill, chefs kitchen, 2 kitchenettes on floor 1 and 4 and elevator.

Guest Access:
Guest has access to entire house except for locked closet in garage.

The Neighborhood:
Cumberland Heights is an exclusive neighborhood with rows of modern mansions boasting the best skyline views of downtown Nashville. A quick 3 mile drive to downtown, but the view is a shorter 1.4 miles away.

Quick drive or Uber/Lyft to downtown Nashville.

No unauthorized parties at our property. This will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 minimum fine.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. The location and views were wonderful, the beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. The host was also very responsive, which we really appreciated.A few things could be improved: a bit more attention to detailed cleaning, clearer instructions for the thermostats and oven, an update to the listing regarding the sofa beds, and a couple of small maintenance items like securing curled rugs and checking functionality of TVs for example.Overall, these were minor issues, and we would still recommend this home and consider staying again on our next trip to Nashville.
