Home away from home

Kim was a terrific host. Her condo was just perfect. Right on the Cumberland River with all the comforts of home. Kim was available by text with a quick response for any questions we had including recommendations for a good pizza. Although it was only 1.5 miles from Broadway it was a little far of a walk for us. (We’re in our 60’s). Uber was just a short ride away. We would totally stay here again!

We had a awesome time and the condo was perfect for us. We did a lot of walking and it was niece to come back from the craziness of Boardway and relax. Really liked being next to the river and watch the going ons. The swimming pool was pretty cold but you could work on your tan.

A Perfect Stay

Loved our condo!! It’s in the perfect location; not far from Broadway yet far enough not to hear the noise of Broadway. Kim was the perfect host. Just bring your suitcase and she provides everything else. This was our second stay at her condo and we’ll definitely be back.

Great Time In Nashville!

Extremely clean, warm and cozy. Fully equipped including coffee for the morning. Kim was so accommodating and pleasant. About a 15 minute walk to Broadway and the action. Easy on/off highway to/from airport.

Fun place

This was such a nice comfortable place to stay for our weekend getaway. Great location. Quiet condo with view of water & football stadium. A 20-25 minute walk to Broadway where all the restaurants & music are or a very quick Uber ride. Kim is quick to answer any questions. Place was clean with amenities and bed was very comfy.
