Welcome to Riverfront Y'all! Total renovation completed April 2022. This 2-bed, 2-bath condo on the Cumberland River has breathtaking views of the river. Far from boring, we've decorated with a modern aesthetic that is complimented with a little eccentric decor and creates an unforgettable fun vacation.

Located on the edge of Germantown, guests have <15 minute walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium! It's Close enough to all the action but yet far enough away for some relaxation and privacy.

Awesome place!

Gorgeous girl palace! My teens were amazed to find hot rollers, flat irons and high-quality blow dryers in the bathroom... clearly a place all set to host a gaggle of girls! The place was immaculate, kitchen well stocked, lots of towels, nice shampoo/conditioner... beautiful balcony to take in the nice weather with cute little woodchucks down below. The walk to town starts off in a less- populated part of town but quickly brings you into the hustle and bustle. We felt safe and happy in this little spot!

Good time in Nashville

So easy to deal with the host. Nice balcony looking right over the river. Best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in - BY FAR. Everything needed was there. Everything in condo worked well. Good location for downtown/Broadway, and very restful to return to condo.
