Kim is THE most gracious host!!! Beautiful flowers and champagne for our daughter’s 40th Birthday Celebration. The location is perfect, not far from all the fun yet so peaceful…the balcony overlooking the river is amazing (my personal favorite!!!) My husband in good conscience would not give her a 5 star review, because she deserves 6 stars! (He loved all the notes for clear instructions and guidance!!!) We will be back!

The condo was just as pictured! And so well appointed. Had everything we needed and then some! The beds were comfortable and the decor was perfect! It really felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect as well, It was an easy walk to Broadway. We will definitely stay here again when we make it back out to Nashville.

Great view from the balcony. Loved watching the river traffic and the wildlife. The place was very peaceful. Close to Broadway. Within walking distance but we chose to get a rideshare. Average cost before tip was 7 each way. Would stay here again.

Excellent stay for a group on Nashville.

Great stay with a group of 5 ladies in Nashville. Location is good for walking to Germantown and a short Uber ride to Broadway. The apartment had everything we needed, including blow dryers and straighteners. The owner was very communicative and flexible with check in and out times. We were even allowed to store our luggage after check out!

Kim is a great host. She communicated from beginning to to end.Great place. It overlooks the river. The view is unobstructed. This place is perfect for four people.Some reviewsmentionedrailroadtracks. Our stay in Nashville

Our time in Nashville was fun however we had a miscommunication with the condo . There was NO ELEVATOR and although Kim was trying to be accommodating (very accommodating)it was a real pain to take things upstairs and downstairs specifically with my brother who had a heart condition/ procedure. Although Kim said it had no elevator in the notes it was well hidden and clearly not worded correctly, in my opinion ! Thank goodness we didn’t have anyone who was in A wheelchair!! We would have been screwed!!Place was clean but super old ! Although it said it was close to Broadway, which it was , but not very safe walking distance because of all the construction.Honestly we would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Outstanding owener and very well stocked property

The condo looks exactly like the photos and the owner Kim is very communicative. The unit is extremely well stocked with supplies--actually the best stocked of any units we've ever rented. Also, the towels are soft, and the beds, with ample blankets, are very comfortable.Kim has also taken the time to put together a really nice book of things to do in the area--if you haven't been to the area before, be sure to look at it as it is very accurate and complete and it's just one more nice touch that was included in the property.As others have said, it's walkable to Broadway, or an Uber is 5 pls tip if you have people in your mix that don't want to walk.Overall, excellent experience, and would recommend.
