It was okay but it was 4 of us they only gave us towels for two. They turn out the lights on us at breakfast so we probably won't be back.

The staff are very friendly The rooms are clean and they offer a hot breakfast You are also located across from the outlet mall for Grand Old Opry and Gaylord hotel and a couple of big honky tonks in the same parking lot as this hotel which is convenient when you don't feel like going down to Broadway but when you do want to go to Broadway it's a very short Uber drive

It was a good location just outside of the craziness of Nashville. Room was ok. The cleaning seemed like it was rushed. But it worked

The front desk was easy to work with. The hotel is clean. It could use a few upgrades or some remodeling. The only minus is that the pool is across the parking lot next to a bar.

The room they gave me had a very rotton smell in it. There was an ozone machine runninng in the room but it was unbearable! They did not have any other pet rooms. I want a refund!

It’s ok for a motel. The front desk person was hardly there. We had to call the number everytime we needed something. Like he lived there and came from a room.

The room was clean and nice. However, the deadbolt was missing so we couldn't deadbolt our door at night. There was also a socket that was out of the wall with the wires exposed. Everything else in the room was wonderful!

The photos are all photoshopped, it is a rundown motel. Front desk staff were unfriendly, bed sheets had stains on them, towels had holes, the bathroom doorknob was falling off and there was a hole in the wall. Breakfast was mediocre, the juice was never working. One morning I had waffles and the mix had a dirty grey water in it. I went to tell the front desk staff who was FaceTiming someone and she was rude, then I thanked her for changing it and she completely ignored me with a sore look and went back to FaceTiming. We stayed for five nights and had to get new keys 3 times because they didn't work. Staff came into our room when we put on the sign that said quality time please. Would not recommend this place

The outlet on the desk was loose and pulled out the desk/wall when I tried to unplug my phone charger. The mirror was very crooked and could not adjust. The iron leaked water all over my clothes when I attempted to iron a shirt. It was very loud, with service trucks pulling in/out very early in the morning, and it was generally loud. The breakfast had no coffee, they had cereal but no milk, the juice came out as water then foamy color. The eggs looked liek the were made from a powder and water - I could not get myself to ingest any of it, it looked like all poison.

Close to grand ole opry. Room was clean. People smoking on staircase to get to second floor. Toilet never did flush right. Had to use bathroom in lobby. Only stayed one night
