The property was not very clean, I saw a bug in the room, the fridge did not work and the shower head was broken. We were too tired to find someone else at the last minute but I would never return to this property again.

Room infested with bugs. Tried moving rooms but was moved to a room next door to guests smoking weed inside their room which traveled into the room I was moved into. I was under the impression this was a smoke free hotel, but I may have been mistaken. A tenant drove into the side of the building. Her and her guests were kicked out of the room for failure to pay yet they remained on the property and were following females traveling alone up multiple flights of stairs and to their rooms. I called the front desk to warn them someone appearing to be homeless was doing this but they were allowed to stay on the property and continue to do this. They hung out in packs in stairwells smoking cigarettes and drinking making it difficult to get in and out of stairwells and into rooms and got in loud altercations. It felt genuinely unsafe.

Smelled like a wet dog. I’ve stayed here twice and had issues both times with cleanliness. Do yourself a favor and pay more for a better room.

This hotel is unsafe. People are yelling outside the hotel all hours of the night, there are unlabeled, dark vans idling in the parking lot all night, and check-in was not a smooth process. The shower ran hot and the bed was clean. Do not stay here if you want to feel safe.

Staff was courteous & kind however our only gripes were the key card - kept deactivating and I would have to keep going to the front desk. And the toilet - didn’t flush very well.
