Small farm. The perfect escape from the city comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Includes new beds, minimalist style, fresh decor, closet space, clean linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner, washer/dryer/detergent, parking, Netflix, and a kitchen. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy all seasons on the screened porch on 9 acres of beauty and relaxation. There are cows and a wildlife-rich space. Feel free to observe, but do not enter.
This is a detached and very secure home, and you'll find peace of mind here. It's private, quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and clean. Just 5 minutes from MTSU, Amazon, and downtown Murfreesboro. Good vibes and respectful people!
It has a private, locked entrance to the ground-floor apartment with plenty of parking. There's a security camera at the front door and motion-sensing lights.
