Very rude staff informed the front desk that a man attempted to walk up to my car when I was trying to get out and requested a room closer to desk and they told me they could make no accommodations or refunds , room looks clean but place has roaches .

Very sketchy place

Wanted to stay in a place proximal to the highway to continue my travel in the morning. Very sketchy neighborhood and a facility used for prostitution as I was awakened throughout the night by people coming and going. The walls were thin enough to leave no doubt that this was going on. Not a place to stay with family. Was approached in parking lot by vagrant asking for money.

There was no breakfast, which I expected due to the corona virus. But there was also no free WiFi!! I had a room right behind the office (close to the routers) but could not access the WiFi when in my room.....The office attempted to help by resetting the routers 1 time but it didn't work and they didn't try anything else to help me get it....

I don't know if the stains on the shower were temporary or not, but it made the room feel unclean. Also...it sounded like there was a business going on in the stairwell at 2:30-3pm between a woman and some men.
