What a great home to stay in Nashville with Family. The home has 3 levels so it is spread out and gives everyone their one privacy. The townhome has a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Nashville. The unit was easy to access. We parked in the garage, which was large enough to comfortably fit a Jeep Wagoneer. The size and layout are quite comfortable for a family of 7. However, the curtains did not fully block the windows. Overall, a great spot if you prioritize location, great for a short Uber ride to avoid parking around the Broadway area.

I enjoyed the stay. Tye check in process was hassle free. The amenities were nice and the stay was enjoyable. It was a short drive to downtown and to shopping. The only downfall was the outside lighting was bright and there were not dark out blinds that kept the room dark.if that bothers someone, they may want to bring some sleep masks. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

House was clean. We didn’t really use it much as we were out and about most of the time. It sucked it was raining so we didn’t get to use the rooftop. All the stairs were rough after such long days but it was a very nice place to stay. It was also close to everything.

Perfect place for a long weekend

The Rosedale condo was perfect for our group of 6 (3 couples). There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have privacy but also areas for us to hang. It was easy to get Ubers to get down town. The host was very responsive to questions and worked with us on a late check out. The only downside is that there are no shops in the immediate area so we did have to walk/Uber to the liquor store and we had groceries delivered. Would gladly stay at this location again

Family concert

We rented this Location based on the location from the stadium as we were in town for the Shania Twain concert. We were in walking distance (maybe 10 minutes), which was perfect for after the concert. The condo was perfect, very up to date, with plenty of space. Communication with the property manager was also very timely and professional! Short commute to downtown Nashville, no problems getting an Uber and all drivers have recommendations of areas to check out! 10/10 would recommend and stay here again
