Needs to be better

The property in it of itself was nice but our room was not. The A/C did not work at all so I put in a request but the front desk clerk stated she couldn’t get anybody to come . We tried to use the ceiling fan but it was shaking and swinging as if it was about to come off the wall. We ended up having to sleep in the living room to get a halfway good air flow but it was still totally uncomfortable. I have called to speak to management multiple times this week and still no call back. Every time I call it’s “their in a meeting” definitely disappointing for my birthday especially when you’re paying good money !

We arrived without a code. Parking was confusing. Had to ask for assistance at the desk to check in & out. Elevators to go up need code but was confusing & difficult to get access. Communication was terrible had to ask for clarification & assistance just to get upstairs. Had to use the fob to unlock & lock the door. Once inside the room was nice but bed wasn't very comfortable. You can hear outside noise from the street as well as in the hallway. Overall, was not a pleasant or enjoyable experience.

Everything was great, location, apartment, furnishings etc. only issue is the bed comforter was dirty, looks like someone blee their bose in it. Yukky! I would make sure the cleaning service does a better job at washing bedding. We had to take the comforter off amd sleep with just a sheet. Otherwise, apt was great.

Either be a hotel or be an apartment building. This place is trapped in some horrible in between, where check-in takes 12 steps, and if you need something (like soap for the shower dispenser that was empty), you have to text with some entity who elevates the message to some other party and then maybe it is resolved?? This cannot be the future of hospitality. I beg of you.

The communication from the property was great! As long as you follow the instructions it is very easy. Love that it is a safe, clean, and overall great place to stay. The view from the apartment was great as well. Just an overall great experience! Will definitely stay here again!

Great room and location

This is my first stay at a hotel with self check-in, so I fumbled a little despite receiving pretty detailed check-in instructions. Once in my room, I was very impressed. It is roomy, stylish, comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect - a couple of blocks from Music City Center, with a couple of restaurants very nearby.

Great location

This hotel was excellently located downtown. My husband and I wanted something within walking distance to the Bridgestone, and this was perfect. I will say that the traffic noise was a bit loud, but I haven’t stayed many places in Nashville where that wasn’t true.

Not worth the hassle

The faculty and staff were great. The check in and check out process are terrible. Both coming and going I waited with groups of other people also struggling with getting and returning fobs. I never received my entry instructions to get into the facility and was in the parking garage for 20 minutes trying to sort it out. Just hire humans. I would not stay again despite the convenient location and solid facility/staff

Very close to Music City Center and Broadway. You really can uber from the airport and not need a car if you are hanging out downtown. Parking is $36/day, but it is attached to the apartment.
