Spacious Room & Good Location - Some Letdowns

The room itself was very spacious with a full kitchen, living room, and a large closet off the bathroom. Everything was clean and we had a nice view of Music City Center. The location was also convenient—just a short walk to Broadway. That said, there were several drawbacks. The bed was advertised as a queen but felt much smaller, more like a full, and the duvet was rough with no top sheet provided. Only two towels were in the room (fine for a short stay but not ideal), and while there was a paper towel holder and tissue box holder, neither had supplies. The shower did not drain properly, so water began pooling within a couple of minutes. We also did not have WiFi for a full day, which they sent a message and apologized for, but as this was a business trip we needed internet and had to use hotspot to get through the day. We then could not connect to our own room’s wifi, and they said to just connect to a nearby room - not safe. Check-in was also frustrating. We arrived around 9:30 p.m. and tried using the self-service kiosk, but the key cards it produced did not work. We had to go back downstairs and wait about 15 minutes for a desk assistant to make new ones. This seemed to happen to multiple guests—if the kiosk doesn’t function reliably, it shouldn’t be offered as an option. Overall, it was a clean and spacious stay with a great location, but the service and room details left a lot to be desired.

Sentral Sobro is an absolutely beautiful and well maintained property. I love the modern decor, the host of amenities, and extra security measures taken to keep guests and tenants safe. The rooftop pool was very relaxing and offered a host of features that I greatly enjoyed. The rooms/units are roomy, modern, and well designed. I look forward to returning to the Sentral Sobro on my next visit to Nashville.

It’s a great property! Very clean and nice rooms with an awesome pool and sky deck, but you have to pay for parking by the hour which became a little pricey. About a 15 minute walk from broadway which was nice!

Not your typical stay

Check the email for instructions on how to enter or you will be totally confused. The room was amazingly clean and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area are beautiful. We could not adjust the thermostat or get the tv to work. Suggestions: if you need creamer and sugar for your coffee bring your own. They provide coffee. Also be prepared to download an app to get the Wi-Fi to work which we did not do. Overall, the place is very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was super friendly.
