Great room, restaurant/bar, pool and hotel grounds. Only a couple things that were difficult. The check in was only bc I couldn’t hear the front desk worker. She wasn’t knowledgeable, very soft spoken and I couldn’t hear what she was saying. I had to ask for some else to talk to. Which I’m glad, bc she was able to explain the $20/night to park and $20/night fee for all the hotels amenities (which I didn’t know about). But neither clerk told me I had to register my car form QR code in parking lot. Only other thing that was difficult was to buy anything from the courtesy store (located in the coffee shop), you had to wait in the same line as the coffee shop. So to pay for a simple item, I had to wait 20 minutes. And I did this twice. So remember the little things! Other than that- everyone was courteous and we had a great time.

The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel is beautiful and every part is clean and well maintained. Everything worked in the fitness facility, and there's a great selection of free weights and machines. Also plenty of treadmills and ellipticals. I would absolutely stay there again and can't recommend it enough.

It was a nice hotel room, bed was comfy. The restaurant it’s connected to is great. The check in was a bit annoying because they added a 50$ a night deposit fee (that I didn’t know was coming) so keep that in mind when booking. The pool was dirty but a nice area if you wanna get out of the hotel room but don’t want to leave the hotel. I would stay again.

Very nice property with a beautiful view! The shuttle to and from the airport is a lifesaver! Checking in I had a few special requests where Tad was very attentive and assisted in the best possible way! Tad, I appreciate your attention to detail and courteousness! Even though the property is a little further away from the nightlife and things I will definitely be back because of Tad. Other front staff were very friendly and helpful as well with info on late checkout, etc. Appreciate the hospitality! Excellent job, Sonesta!

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The room was very dirty, and despite paying more than usual for a two-night stay, we were not happy at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on our experience.

Parking was expensive and a surprise charge to us. Overall the hotel was clean and the gentlemen at the desk that helped us was very helpful. The lobby and halls were very very loud and made us nkt want to spend time in common areas do to other guests
