The estate includes a private poolside guest suite located in the pool house. This space features a queen bed, full bathroom with shower, heating and air conditioning, ceiling fan, privacy, and immediate access to the pool area. Just outside the suite is a covered poolside lounge with a fireplace, wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, and seating area, making it an ideal retreat for guests who want a little extra privacy while still being fully connected to the estate.

Guest Access and Privacy

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the estate side of the property, including the main house, pool, pool house, tennis court, putting green, and pond areas. No spaces are shared.

Please note:
• The Event Barn, Studio/Lounge, and basement level are not accessible unless needed during storm emergencies
• The basement game room is not currently part of the guest stay

Copperline Ranch is a fully operational working ranch. While your stay remains private, you may occasionally see ranch staff on other parts of the property performing daily care of the land and animals. All staff are discreet and respectful of your space.

Events and On-Site Activity

A separate portion of the property is dedicated to an event center located well away from the estate house. If an event is scheduled during your stay, you will be notified in advance. Event guests do not have access to the estate side.

All events conclude by 10:30 PM to help ensure peaceful evenings throughout your stay.
