Good stay in a nice area. Short drive to Nashville and Franklin. Didn’t care for the towels. Kinda thin and scratchy. Other than that bed, pillows and the rest was great

The unique thing that this hotel provided was the front desk clerk let us checked in early. We drove for 13.5 hrs and we got there around 1pm. Which I really appreciated. They need to clean the carpet thoroughly also underneath the beds and the couch. After a while I smell the dust. They need to add hooks to hang the towels. The bathroom is too big but they should put a table for the changing clothes. They should add more fruits for breakfast.

Traveling with elderly parent. Booked a handicapped room . From check in to check out, very happy with staff, facility, room, services, parking. Breakfast bar was probably one of the best in a long time, lots to choose from, and probably the best oatmeal bar I've encountered while traveling. Thank you for a great stay.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. There is plenty of parking. All in all, it was a nice stay. Our only complaint was that housekeeping refused to provide us with an appropriate amount of towels. There were 5 of us and 4 towels on arrival. There was nowhere in our room to hang towels to dry out before being reused. We asked for more and were given two. When asked for more we were told no. Then we had a knock on the door and our housekeeper pushed past my husband, looked around our room, and then allotted us one more towel. So, 7 towels for two nights for 5 people.

Staff wasn’t super friendly and I always hope for that when I am in “the South”. Breakfast hours are just one hour too short. Lots of stains on the carpet in our room and throughout hallways. Otherwise was nice. Had a suite so it was spacious and quiet and beds were comfy. Shower had great water pressure but the shelf in the shower was falling off and didn’t hold anything. All in all was a decent stay.
