It's in a pretty sketchy part of town. The bottom floor facing the street overlooks a vacant parking lot that is occupied by prostitutes and homeless people. I think this is the side of the motel that is reserved for Expedia and other discount customers. I kept having to re-magnetize my key which the staff kept blaming on me putting it too close to my keys, but I don't know. The whole place was pretty dirty and not the usual Super 8 quality.

Headline: A major letdown—maintenance is non-existent I chose this hotel based on the advertisements, but it looks nothing like the website. The maintenance is severely lacking: ​Cleanliness: Found hair on the bed upon arrival. ​Air Quality: The AC filters were clogged with dirt, which is a huge health concern. ​Facilities: The hallway floors are cracking in several areas. It feels like the management has given up on upkeep while still charging luxury prices. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values hygiene.

Ok but not great.

The staff was helpful at check-in but after that not so much. It took 3 calls to get towels and I never got the hangers I requested. The room was mostly clean but very very old. The bed was comfortable and clean.
