We had not been to Nashville before and had no idea on where to stay. We lucked out with The Gilmore. A couple of miles from Honky Tonk Alley, but the surrounding neighborhood of the Gilmore is awesome - great shopping and dining all within walking distance.

We mostly loved our stay at The Gilmore. Location is fantastic. Front desk staff was wonderful. Great outdoor areas. New property - nicely decorated, new finishes. However, while hardwood floors are lovely to look at, they are not great for multi-level living and therefore we constantly heard the people above us walking and walking and walking. I'd only stay again if I could be on the top floor.
