We stayed there overnight and it was nice. It was very clean. The only negative is the shower has no rail to hold onto when you are inside. It is a huge, nice shower. I just think it would not take much to add a single rail. Otherwise everything was great including the service.

We used this property for a short staycation and would highly recommend it. The courtyard and outside terra e make for great relaxing. Right in the middle of 12 South, one of our favorite Nashville neighborhoods

Found my home away from home

The room was lovely, the staff amazing. Loved how conveniently located it is to everything. Walked everywhere and enjoyed great shopping and food. The bed was a bit firm and a shelf in the shower for personal toiletries would have been great but overall I will definitely stay here every time I visit Nashville.

Amazing.

This hotel is great for whatever the occasion. We rented a 4 bedroom for a girls trip but could very easily be family friendly. Spacious and clean. Great location.

12 south stay

We stay there because it was close to the venue we were attending. Its was a great place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a good place to stay around 12 south.

From the moment we stepped through the doors we felt at home. Andrew and Karina were so welcoming and helpful! The patio area is so cozy and inviting, live music to boot! Our room was gorgeous, clean and comfy! Steps away is amazing shopping and restaurants and more! Cristin greeted us in the morning with a big smile and 5 daughter’s donuts (which are out of this world)! A picture perfect southern welcome!! Will definitely stay here from now on!

We loved our stay at The Gilmore! Have been to Nashville a few times, usually staying near Music Row. You cannot beat The Gilmore's location on 12 South which is just steps from many excellent dining and shopping choices. No restaurant or bar at the hotel itself but you don't need it. The staff was friendly and attentive. Every time I passed through the lobby, whoever was attending the front desk made eye contact and greeted me. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I wish the water pressure was better but that's more of a city thing. We will be back to The Gilmore!
