The house is really large and clean. It is further away from things than I expected. Positive note is that Uber drivers were always quick and reasonable. 7 to 10 dollars to broadway can’t beat that. The neighborhood is a little dicey. I would stay here again

We had a great weekend with family. Everyone came from a different state and loved our time hanging out at the property. Great shared spaces and individual rooms. Loved the top floor hangout space and rooftop area. Appreciated the provided coffee and water. Just right distance to downtown Nashville.

Nice Place! great open room downstairs and wonderful view from the patio. Well appointed with everything we needed. CA short Uber ride to everything. Try the "old Fashioned" for breakfast, it was GREAT! Very communicative host.

Host was extremely helpful and responsive, even got an AC guy to come out on a Sunday:) Super convenient to downtown and 12 South, a fun street with shops and great food. Ubers were readily available and quick.

This property was absolutely perfect for my girls and I for a bachelorette trip. The house offers lots of rooms for large girl trips or even multiple families for a get away together. The house had everything we needed. My only regret from my trip was we had such a busy itinerary we hardly got to enjoy the house to its full potential. The patio was perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee and a late night snack. I would highly recommend this house to stay at!

Family vacation

Plenty of room for all of us. My grandson's loved the top floor with the TV. The stairs were a little rough for this Nana. But we made it on the music row happy hour, which was our goal.

Nashville Bachlorette Weekend

I was looking for a place to host my sister's bachelorette weekend and boy did this place deliver! It's location alone was perfect, only 5- 7 min by car to downtown and the patio on the 3rd floor was a perfect outdoor hang spot for all of us. There are no bedrooms on the first floor so if you aren't used to that make sure you/guests get your cardio in beforehand. Lol! Thank you for making our time in Nashville a success!!

Wonderful Layout for a Group Gathering, Great Location

Four of us came to Nashville to attend the inaugural "Nash Yarn Fest" event at the Fairgrounds, and spend time together knitting. We loved the layout of the home - with gathering areas on both the lower and upper levels, and a wonderful rooftop deck. The bedrooms are nicely situated, with ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed "cooking in" (the gas stove/oven is wonderful!); and it was the perfect location for easy access to the Fairgrounds.
