I paid an insand rate for what i got. They booked me the wrong room (booked a single king and got a double.queen), flthy bathroom, what appeared to be blood stains on my sheets, no room service available (even though its advertised as being avaliable), motel 6 tier of amenities in room, and was treated insanely rude by one.of the women at the desk. For the price, i could have gotten a really really nice airbnb Im so glad the.hotel industry is dying. Absolute garbage.

Very nice stay for a fairly new hotel. Pros: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and felt safe. Walking distance to Nissan stadium, main street area, restaurants and bars. Hotel bar was a plus and they had food until about 9:45ish. Cons: A few kinks need to be worked out. There was no front desk or housekeeping staff button on the in room phone. No ice bucket or machine in site. I did have to go to the lobby in order to request ice. Elevator was working on and off to get out of the hotel. Had to walk down once to get out of the hotel (5 floors). Overall, will be back to stay at this hotel. Very nice.
