Check in was so easy. The room was clean, insane view, however there was wear and tear. The master shower had clearly been repaired and appeared to be separating from the wall again. So you had to be very careful opening and closing it. Touch up paint is needed but as an apartment I understand. There are no fans and the windows are floor to ceiling and almost all windows facing the sun, so it got hot quickly and struggled to cool down. I would recommend a standing fan or something in rooms as well as a white noise machine to help with the sirens. The pillows on both beds were also not comfortable. The value was good but i would strongly encourage these recommendations to make it more comfortable.

Everything was perfect from checking in to check out. We were surprised to even see staff since this is an electronic only check in and check out, but there were always one or two staff members at the front desk to help. When asked for extra coffee or creamer, they were quick to respond, courteous, informed and engaging. I had an initial concern when they required a required a picture of my drivers license online and a restatement of my credit card number over the Internet. We’ve never sent pictures of IDs before. We contacted them and confirmed that this was legitimately their request and it did allow us easy access eventually. The location was fantastic and just two blocks to Broadway and two blocks to the river. We felt safe at all times, we walked most places and Uber had an excellent pick up area. The rooms are very spacious and our room had very large windows for a good 11th floor lookout. This was a great place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Decent Stay, But Not Worth the Price The best parts were the view overlooking the city, the easy check-in process, and quick communication from staff. The location is great — right in the center of everything. However, the balcony felt shared with the neighboring room, offering little privacy. Even after upgrading, the bathroom felt outdated, and there were noticeable stains on the couch. The bed also seemed more like a double than a queen. Overall, for the price, it just didn’t meet expectations.

Our stay in Nashville was nothing short of exceptional. The space was absolutely stunning — modern, spotless, and designed with that perfect home-away-from-home comfort. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of downtown, with incredible restaurants and entertainment just a short walk away. Having a secure parking garage attached was an added bonus that made everything effortless. We stayed over Halloween night and truly couldn’t have chosen a better spot to experience the energy and charm of Nashville. A wonderful stay from start to finish — highly recommend!
