Excellent location, 1 block from Broadway. Super friendly staff, very clean, nice pool area and gym. Room was spacious and the kitchen perfect. Wish there was a dresser for personal items. (Only a closet w/hangars) But would definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was amazing. The only problem i had and why i only gave 3 stars was we were given the 3rd floor room with a balcony, but it was facing the car garage and the trash bin under the room. We were woken up at 5am by the trash trucks coming by. The room was very noisy as well. We couldnt relax on the balcony because there was no view and the trash bins were under the room. We kept the blinds shut the entire time we were there because of the parking garage being right in front of our room. I like getting to watching a bit TV , unfortunately there was no local tv and if you dont have a stream app, good luck.

We will come back here, we stayed Sunday through Friday and the only reason i did not give it 5 stars were a couple small things. 1. Pictures do not match what your actually booking, i booked the sky deluxe room and pictures were not even close to what i thought i was booking. i.e walk in shower, dual sinks, big balcony, big open space. 2. T.V. and internet are horrible, tried watching a movie or show and it would drop the network every 10 mins. They dont even offer basic cable, for the price you pay for the room at least offer a couple channels. Also no television in the bedroom, when i asked the staff they said well some of the rooms have them and some don't. If your paying the same price as the other rooms you should get a T.V also. 3. Pool not heated, again with the price you pay to stay here at least heat the pool. Still took the polar plunge and immediately jumped in the hotub which was nice and hot!! Until we meet again Nashville!

Great location! Close to Broadway without all the crowds and noise that comes with being on Broadway. Simple check-in with all info needed in an email and text. Didn't need the reception, although staff was available. Stylish room, comfy bed, full kitchen. Will absolutely stay again next time I'm in Nashville. I loved the ease of everything. Cool Vibe. It was great for price and in my opinion comparing to hotels- this was way better. It's as if you're renting an apartment for the time your there. Just stayed over the weekend and although property is in a prime location it’s very noisy. Police and fire run all day and night and even being on the 8th floor you can hear everything. The blinds in the room did not work and as soon as the sun comes up you are awakened by the light. I did love the washer and dryer amenities and the diner on the corner. Staff was very helpful and nice. All and all it was a 3 star stay.
