Everything was great- we arrived at almost midnight, check in was easy . Everything was convenient. Only thing is, this was the first I’ve stayed at that would not allow mea late check out.( I am also VIP-) and I travel a lot.

Overall this was a great location and easy to check in and out. Super clean and Close enough walk to the main street for all tourirst attractions/restaurants. Nearby titans pedetrain bridge for the football. Was super happy concerning apartment w/balcony however encountered an extremely spooky situation during 1 night of my stay, as i woke up during middle of night, to a kitchen bar stool chair perfected placed by corner of our bed, as if someone sneeked into our room to watch us sleep or there was ghost activity. Totally scared me and my fiance but besides that, great stay.

Great location just off Broadway. Clean, spacious, all the amenities of home. A bit of a cation through: we were on the 11th floor which looked directly into the pool area (and the pool area into our unit) so we needed to keep our blinds drawn for privacy. Not a huge deal for us as drawing the blinds helped keep the heat out. Staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful view and very clean. Some of the stripping along the floor was falling off. Hotels.com said we were supposed to get two drinks free but the hotel said they don't have an onsite bar to honor this. No big deal to us but don't offer something you don't have.
