Nice spot but with some issues

Great spot near the river and stadium and Broadway. Our room was great with a super view. But there were some issues. Check-in was a mess. Room wasn't ready on time (which was already a later time than usual), lots of people in the same boat waiting in the lobby area. Much of the communication we got before our stay ended up being wrong. Pool was nice but wasn't clean of leaves and stuff. So there were some things that could be improved.

Perfect Location / Beautiful Hotel

Amazing hotel right in the heart of Nashville. We rented a two bedroom suite and it was immaculate. Spacious, modern, great view. And just a block or two off Broadway. Far enough to be away from the loud bars but close enough to walk everywhere. Have recommended it to all of my friends.
