Two brand new luxury large homes! Great for big groups! Welcome to your Nashville getaway! This spacious luxury home is perfect for families and friends looking to enjoy Music City in style. Located in 12 South/Berry Hill, you’re minutes from Broadway, Belmont, and Vanderbilt. Enjoy modern design, premium amenities, and thoughtful touches throughout for a comfortable and convenient stay. Guests also have access to shared amenities including a pool, sauna, firepit, and grill.



The Space:

BRAND NEW LISTING! Two beautiful homes are located in the heart of Nashville, less than a 10 minute Uber to Broadway! This area is filled with a ton of great restaurants and home to many of Nashville's recording studios. This large home offers plenty of space and LOTS of beds for your group!



- Capacity: 16+ guests

- Bedrooms: 8 total, with a mix of queen, king, single, trundle, and sleeper beds

- Bathrooms: 8 full bathrooms

- Beds: 19 beds in total, designed for large groups

- Amenities:

- Rooftop lounge areas

- Private hot tubs

- Shared amenities including a pool, sauna, firepit, and grill.

- POOL is SEASONAL from April 1 - October 15

- Fully equipped kitchens with cookware, coffee maker, wine glasses, and storage containers

- Washer & dryer with detergent provided

- Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer

- Wi-Fi and cable TV

- Air conditioning



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Misleading photos

Photos of the bedroom with the 4 bunk beds were in the living room/kitchen separated by a linen curtain. Little misleading when we checked in to find this. Unfortunately the 4 who had to sleep in that area in each units were woken up by the other group making breakfast.

Great place for large groups

Overall, we were satisfied with this place. I do want to mention that the bathrooms are showing signs of mold and could use a good deep cleaning. There were quite a few broken items we noticed (handle in the kitchen, bedframes in multiple rooms, cracked glass in the living room in second unit). It wasn't something that need immediate assistance with. However, some groups may be put off by this. The felt on the pool table in the first unit was torn slightly, but we just used the other pool table. There was a chair in unit two that had major stains on it. We just placed a blanket over it though. The only major concern that you will want to look into is the electrical. We had one friend that got shocked twice. Once when he went to change the thermostat. The second time, he was getting out of the hot tub and he placed his hand on the flange and got a shock. That was all in unit two. Our group is a pretty relaxed group so these minor issues didn't really bother us. It was in a good location and close to downtown, which is what we were looking for.
