Great service and friendly staff, although we had some issues with missed housekeeping service. Avoid level 13, as there tends to be some noise from the level 14 pool deck.

Registered at front desk at aprox 12:30, room was not ready until 5:40pm. Asked about an upgrade and would have paid for even a slightly discounted upgrade to get to our room but was offered a few free drinks for the trouble. After 3 flights and travelling 15 hours it would have been nice to be able to check in even at 3pm. We had reservations and had zero time to relax or get washed and change.

I can’t express enough how happy we are with the staff at Virgin hotel! They were so helpful and friendly and always making you feel welcome! We love the doorbell system! It’s nice hearing the chime over a knock on the door and also being able to turn it off or let them know when you need service. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it was smaller and more run down than the photos represent but I will definitely choose Virgin over every other hotel in the future!!

Great location next to Music Row and then a short walk to Downtown (approx 20 mins). Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless. Loved the coffee house there too. Would certainly recommend. Great room and exceptionally clean.
