We have stayed in the house 3 times but in different units. We love the property, all of the amenities and its location. The hosts are so nice and the units have everything you need. When we travel to Nashville, we always try to stay here before looking anywhere else. We highly recommend this location.

Home was great. Perfect location to downtown, safe neighborhood, and the house was well stocked with kitchen items. Only thing to keep in mind- the listing says sleeps 4 but the additional bed is just an air mattress, which had a hole in it when we tried to use it. Overall, this little condo was a great affordable place to stay in downtown Nashville.

Great get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this newly remodeled spot in Nashville. It is a short walk to lower Broadway or a shorter uber ride. We would definitely stay here again.

Vanderbilt Family Weekend

Literally, 1 block away from my daughter’s dorm. The Home was beautiful, nice and cozy feeling. We loved the outdoor swing and the front porch rocking chairs to sit in the lovely 69 degree morning weather. This home will definitely going to be our home away from home when we return to visit our daughter the next 4 years.
