Located at The Hyve in Downtown Nashville, this is your perfect retreat to explore Music City! This one-bedroom condo offers a cozy yet stylish space, ideal for up to four guests. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by modern furnishings and chic decor that exude comfort and elegance. The bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after exploring the vibrant city. The sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

This condo gets even better with its stunning pool view! Step directly out to the pool area, where you can soak up the sun or unwind in the serene courtyard, complete with ping pong tables and grills for a fun-filled BBQ experience with friends and family.

Convenience is key at The Skyline. Located on the same level as the gym, you can easily stick to your fitness routine without hassle. Whether you prefer a morning workout or an evening sweat session, the gym is just steps away from your door.

If you are parking a car during your stay, you will have 3 options:
♦ Owner/Guest Secured Garage - that requires the Latch app for access. You will receive Latch access upon booking. Direct elevator access right to your condo floor.
♦ Street Parking - this is FREE first come, first serve parallel street parking
♦ Lower Level Garage - this is first come, first serve garage that is paid public parking garage that is open to anyone.

- This is a condo located in downtown Nashville. As pictured in the listing, this development sits near train tracks. We have provided a white noise machine and ear plugs for your convenience. Like any urban location, the presence of unhoused individuals may be experienced.
