They gave our room away, told Us they were gonna put us up in a similar nice place, and put us in a crappy motel that we had to pay MORE FOR. Will not be dealing with Payton and this property again.

Was disappointed in the accommodations and seemed like a rough neighborhood. Next time I will spend more money on nicer accommodations, the Quality Inn or LaQuinta would have been a better choice.

Terrible. The area itself leaves a lot to be desired. We still decided to check in as it was later in the day and we were exhausted. The girl behind the counter charged me twice for the room because she couldn’t figure out how to check us in. People were steady coming in and out. We finally got to the room after being bothered for money in the hallway from a “guest” and it wreaked of smoke. We immediately checked out and left. No refund despite not staying.

Don’t do it!

Made my reservation on hotels and when I got the no one was at the front desk, they had two number to call and I call both numbers multiple time waiting about 10 mins before one of the workers came to the lobby. He checks me in only for the room to have roaches, he then tried two other room but roaches everywhere. I refused to stay there hopefully I can get my money back.
