Las Casitas is a collection of six luxury townhomes with modern high end finishes nestled in the western district of New Providence. The units are situated in the newest quiet gated community of Lyford Hills with 24 hr manned security and soon to come clubhouse and amenities facility. The units also has a 80kw stand by generator on site. It considered one of the more high end communities near to the ultra high end Lyford Cay and Old fort Bay communities. The property is surrounded by lush tropical greenery and is extremely near to some of the best beaches on the island, shops, fuel centers, resorts, golfing facilities and about 8 minutes away from the airport. 5 minutes from nearby Island House Boutique Resort with spas, restaurants including the coffee bar, Shima Asian fusion, and Mahogany House. 5 minutes away from the Old Fort Bay Town Center with Solomons Fresh Market food store, friendly Pharmacy, keg ranch liquor store, and restaurants including Sushi Rokkan, Naughty Johnnies, and Wildfire Pizza. 2 minutes away from Philosophy Smokehouse and Grill with live Music every Thursday, karaoke Fridays and Live Music on Saturdays. Las Casitas House

Good property, exactly as pictured. Spacious and perfect for a family. Please note you would need a car to stay here as none of the beaches or grocery shops are in walking distance from here. Even though all rental cars were unavailable at the last minute (we came during Christmas break), Tennyson found someone who could get us a rental car after we reached. He stayed in touch throughout our stay and was available and helpful. All in all, we enjoyed our Bahamas stay. Suggestion for improvement: The property could use shelves, hanger rods and hangers in the closets.

Beautiful and Peaceful!

Overall an excellent experience. Clean, comfortable and the communication was prompt, welcoming and warm. I would recommend this property as a great place to get away from it all to relax. The encounter with Mr. Tennyson and his family was a delightful.
