Tangerine Sunsets Tuscany Cottage is a private guest house overlooking a gorgeous swimming pool with a romanesque design. It is the perfect hideaway for anyone looking to relax and get away from it all. Located on the west of the island near Cable Beach, you can be on the beach in less than a 5 minute drive.

This private guest house is a stand-alone studio apartment with direct view of the swimming pool. It is a large gated property with 2 other private buildings located on the west of the island near Cable Beach in the modern and quiet neighborhood of Skyline Drive. The unit is fully furnished and equipped with all standard appliances and amenities including a full kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee and drinking water stations, along with free drinking water during your stay. All linen and towels are provided. High speed internet access, and a smart TV with complimentary Netflix service is also included. There is one free parking spot on premises.

The unit has two cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a full living space, kitchen and dining area. You can also take in the calm views of the swimming pool directly to the side of the property, and of course dive in to enjoy the pool. Be sure to make use of the private lounge chairs in the exclusive patio space designated for this unit.

There is also a gas BBQ grill, perfect for your favorite holiday meals like sizzling steak, shrimps and veggies. Another great feature of this property is its proximity to your favorite places including beaches, restaurants, shopping plazas and grocery stores.
You are literally 5 minutes away from all of the above by car. The multi-billion dollar Baha Mar resort is less than 10 minutes away and you can enjoy fine dining, golfing, shopping, the casino, sky bar and many other activities there. We look forward to hosting you!

- Check-in time (after 3:30 pm) and Checkout time (by 10 am) are firm. Our cleaning agent will arrive promptly at 10 am to prepare for our next guest.

- Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted in any of our units.

- Only registered guests are allowed to visit or use our pool and property facilities.

- NO SMOKING inside the unit - Heavy fines for evidence of smoking.

- No pets allowed.

- Park only in your designated spot. You can find details in the Welcome Guide.

- Quiet time after 10 pm - Please be considerate of our neighbors and minimize loud noises.

- Help us conserve energy and turn off ACs and lights when leaving for extended periods.
