The hotel was outdated. The room wasn’t clean. There was hair in the bathroom (not ours) and the tub had a dirt marks. The knob for faucet in the tub was ready to fall off. The floor had rusted marks on them. When we checked in, the water was off. The staff was really friendly and I appreciated their attempts to make us comfortable. However, this place should be called a motel and they should renovate.

This hotel is highly questionable. During our 9-night stay, our room was NEVER cleaned. After the first night, we went to the front desk to ask when housekeeping would come, and the staff member looked at us as if we were speaking another language. Someone did come later that day, but only to make the bed and give us towels. Every day, there was a new issue. On the first night, we saw a cockroach in the room. There were no hangers for our clothes, no kitchen utensils or plates provided, and no potable water available to refill our bottles, which forced us to buy our own. The hot water situation was extremely frustrating, as most of the time there was none, and when we were lucky, it lasted no more than 30 seconds. Each time we asked for something, the staff seemed confused, as if our requests were unreasonable. This was especially disappointing because the exterior of the hotel is very cute and well maintained, and we saw it being cleaned every day, while the rooms were clearly neglected. Although the staff members were generally kind, it is difficult to understand why basic services were not provided. Our stay significantly affected our trip, as we never felt comfortable enough to relax in the room, and by the end of our stay, the room was simply disgusting. We do not recommend this hotel at all, especially for long stays, and had we known all of this beforehand, we would never have booked it.

The place was absolutely underwhelming. You get what you pay for. The property is outdated, but I can tell it has potential if they actual renovate. I left immediately once I saw the actual property didn’t necessarily match the photos. The staff was nice and understanding that I wasn’t comfortable with staying. It didn’t necessarily feel safe. Also, there was no wifi and I needed it as I work remotely.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing — some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. They were so friendly, kind, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. You can really tell they care about their guests. The place was clean, and the pool was beautiful and relaxing. Honestly, the staff alone make this hotel worth coming back to. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nassau.

Rice on bed and smelled like mold. Moved to second room. Was slightly better but food in open take away container was on the porch. Pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer. Staff were nice.
