This was a jumping off point for us as we visited Nikko National Forest. The property was clean and the staff very helpful. Would stay here again.

初めて1階の客室利用をいたしました。1階に客室があることを知りませんでした。エレベーター待ちがなく良かったです。駐車場が面していたので騒音を心配しましたが問題ありませんでした。大浴場も近くて便利でした。一人占めで利用することが出来ました。朝食サービスも毎度ありがたく感じています。１つ残念だったのは、客室にあったスリッパです。ボロボロに裂けたスリッパが置かれていました。使い捨ての物も置かれていたので迷わずそちらを利用しましたが、見た目的にあまり良い気持ちはしませんでした。その他は概ね満足です。
