Ótimas férias em Natal

As acomodações são muito confortáveis. A localização é muito boa, próxima do centrinho (farmácia, mercado, restaurantes) sem dizer que tem acesso direto à praia e a piscina do condomínio. O apartamento é bem completo, ficando a ressalva apenas de ter uma pequena máquina de lavar que facilitaria muito a vida, nada que interfira na experiência. O café da manhã é bom. Os atendentes são todos muito prestativos. Recomendo como uma ótima relação custo x benefício.

Sem café da manha, checkout as 10:00hs,segurança péssima e poucos funcionários. Além da vista do quarto ser para um muro. Sei que é um flat e o valor foi bom, mas poderia ser um pouquinho melhor.

Problemas com a reserva.

Apesar do hotel atender a expectavas de acomodação, localização e preço, tive um problema na condenação das reservas de 2 quartos onde acabei tendo de acomodar a família toda em um só apartamento. Faltou mais preparo do atendimento em resolver a situação.
