Next to the main and largest shopping mall in the city, the Midway Mall (only 3 km), the Center of Tourism (1 km), the Handicraft Center of the Middle Beach (01 km), the Coastal Highway (main access road to the Coast South and via the best hotels of the city, 1 km) and Newton Navarro Bridge (main access road to the North Coast, 1 km away).
We are also among the 2 main urban corridors of the city (Av. Salgado Filho and Prudente de Morais), in the best neighborhood of Natal, which offers one of the best infrastructures in the capital, with an area surrounded by excellent restaurants, bars, hospitals and easy access to several taxi and bus stops.
