Ae nao gelou a primeira noite foi difícil pedi pra arrumar. Nao arrumaram na noite seguinte teoquei de quarto. A política de check-in é bem rigorosa. Nao importa se seu quarto esta disponível e pronro. Nao entra antes das 14hrs. Cafe da manhã razoável.

Antes de fazer uma reserva sempre olho as avaliações anteriores, para minha surpresa as avaliações eram boas, porém a minha experiência foi horrível. Quarto com um cheiro insuportável de mofo, pedi para trocar mas a resposta foi que o hotel estava lotado. Apesar de constar que possui estacionamento o mesmo é na rua. Móveis desgastados, cortinas com mofo e banheiro com aspecto de sujeira. Tv só pega 2 canais. E a única tomada elétrica fica no banheiro.

O serviço na área da piscina é muito confuso principalmente na troca de serviço. Apenas um garçom para atender e lançar no sistema nao funcionou muito bem. Nas 5 diárias o quarto nao foi limpo em dois dias. Eu particularmente gosto de toalha mais fina, mas a toalha realmente era bem fininha. O café da manhã foi ótimo. Ar condicionado excelente. Chuveiro do quarto 107 era bem fraquinho.

Viagem em casal

Experiência muito boa. Viajamos em casal pra comemorar aniversário de 23 anos de casamento. Limpeza do quarto e das áreas comuns excelente. Hotel bem localizado (perto de vários restaurantes e da feirinha) inclusive dar p ir a pé, vista maravilhosa(praia e morro do Careca), café da manhã muito bem servido, funcionários educados e atenciosos, chaveiro delicioso, 02 piscinas (adulto/criança). Muito bom de modo geral,o q nos leva a querer voltar outra vez. Na próxima viremos com nossos filhos.
