Olá! Aconteceram várias coisas na nossa hospedagem no Liiv. Boas e ruins! O quarto é novo, ar condicionado muito bom, localização excelente (perto da praia e de vários comercios) e o valor da diária com excelente custo benefício. Porém alguns inconvenientes: check-in somente online, isso funcionou mas quem não tem costume de fazer dá um pouco de trabalho; fizemos a reserva no Liiv Mar porém não nos avisaram com antecedência que a reserva foi para o Liiv Hub que é perto mas a informação ficou confusa e a sorte que uma pessoa nos levou para o Liiv Hub de carro; café da manhã oferecido pelo Liiv apesar ser barato não tem muitas opções; o atendimento na cafeteria deixou a desejar; e não foi oferecida limpeza do quarto, ademais não sei se isso é política do local considerando o valor da diária.

Local tudo novo bem organizado, tem que ter paciência para fazer check-in online, não é difícil mais é chato. Café da manhã não compensa, pois você paga para receber um lanche de presunto no quarto com suco sem opções de escolha. Voltaria para me hospedar sem pagar pelo café.

O hotel é mto legal, super bem localizado, quarto super confortável, mas algumas coisas a pontuar e q não estão claras na hora da reserva: o hotel funciona por meio de auto atendimento, não tem portaria física nem serviço de quarto, o check-in é feito de forma on line e o acesso é por meio de facial, o café da manhã não é tradicional e vc tem q previamente fazer seu pedido, q é entregue no dia seguinte em horário marcada. No quarto há frigobar e cafeteira com pó disponível, além de louças. Serviço de limpeza e arrumação de quarto é cobrado por fora. São pontos importantes q os hóspedes devem saber.
