Acredito por ser um hotel onde há proprietários dos quartos, cada proprietário cuida do conforto do seu quarto no que eu fiquei mesmo a tv não tem controle e a administração do hotel não pode ajudar, tinha comida estragada no armário, o chuveiro da suíte esta c o regulador de jato c defeito..e notei q é o dono q arruma.. Más indico ótima localização pessoas agradáveis, café da manha maravilhoso
