Had a great time in Puerto Natales partly thanks to the friendly staff at Don Guillermo. The hostal is very well located, close to town center, supermarkets, restaurants, bars. Rooms are comfortable/clean, good shower/toilet facilities, kitchen & dinning facilities and a good sense of privacy.

Accommodations were fairly comfortable and clean with a nice breakfast. But, would not stay there again. Rooms are down a long hallway and the windows are covered only with a see-through sheer roller curtain-so absolutely no privacy, and a little creepy. As anyone walking down the hall has a view into your room.

Important info: uber has two different addresses for this hotel! I chose the wrong one and had to walk 15 minutes with my bags. Anyways: Serviceable base for exploring Torres del Paine. Basic rooms are very basic but probably all you need. One drawback is reception was almost never staffed even if you ring the service bell.

This a very simple hotel with no frills. The greatest inconvenience is that there is a thin courtain so rooms have no privacy. Also light comes right through, so in summer this will make it hard for you to sleep.

On Expedia it says they have check in until 11pm but when we arrived at 10:30pm the owner said he had been waiting and almost left. He said they finish check-in at 10pm. The beds and room was clean. The men’s showers was overflowing into the hallway and the hallways echo a lot. We kissed breakfast since it doesn’t start until 8am , which isn’t ideal for early flights or trips.
