Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop "Lesparre-Medoc" 6 km, sandy beach "Le Pin Sec" 17 km. Surf school 17 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.
