The house is distributed over 4 floors and has a beautiful garden, balcony with views, barbecue for outdoor meals, internet connection (wifi), washing machine, individual gas heating, and two televisions. It also includes a covered parking space in a nearby building, for greater convenience.

The American kitchen, with a modern style and equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, has all the necessary appliances: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, juicer, as well as dishes and kitchen utensils.

We remind you that personal hygiene and cleaning products are not included in the accommodation.

However, upon arrival they will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:

For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, consisting of a manual dishwashing single dose, a washing machine capsule, a dishwasher capsule, a cloth, and a scouring pad.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replaced during the stay.

Likewise, food and cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are not included for hygiene and safety reasons.
