Costarjas by Totiaran is a single-storey dwelling of 75 m2, consisting of a living room with a fireplace and a latex sofa bed, a dining room with capacity for 6 people, an open-plan kitchen, a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with bunk beds + 1 trundle bed for 3 people. This bedroom is served by a second bathroom with a shower tray.



The apartment is fully equipped and furnished and includes a parking space and a ski storage locker in Val de Ruda.



With direct access to the cable car from the building, you will be just a few minutes away from the ski slopes, where you can enjoy the excitement of winter sports in an impressive setting. We remind you that personal hygiene and cleaning products are not included in the accommodation.

However, upon arrival you will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:

For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, composed of a manual dishwashing single-dose, a capsule for the washing machine, a capsule for the dishwasher, a cloth and a scouring pad.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.

Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.



Note: The internet connection in the Valley is not via fibre optic. Please be aware that the WIFI signal is low.

Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. Credit or debit card details will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (Amex, prepaid cards, and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.
