Restanca is a magnificent single-storey dwelling of 85 m2, consisting of a living room with a fireplace, chaise longue sofa and a dining room with an open-plan kitchen. Three bedrooms, one master bedroom, with a 150 cm double bed equipped with a television, safe and an integrated bathroom with a bathtub, the other two bedrooms, one with a trundle bed for 2 people and the other with two bunk beds for 4 people. These two rooms are served by a second bathroom with a shower tray.



The apartment is fully equipped and furnished with high-quality interior design and includes a parking space with a ski storage locker.



From the car park, you can access the Cable Car directly via lifts that will take you to the very entrance of the Cable Car access.

However, upon their arrival, they will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:

For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel, and a shampoo in single-dose format.



For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, consisting of a manual dishwashing single dose, a capsule for the washing machine, a capsule for the dishwasher, a cloth and a scouring pad.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.



Likewise, food items and cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are not included for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. Credit or debit card details will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (Amex, prepaid cards, and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.
