This home, yes it will feel like a home, is decorated so beautifully. It is very clean. It has everything you will need to have a relaxing and comfortable visit. Connie, the host, is so sweet and kind. She met us when we arrived and talked about our home and the town. Connie was always available and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Are you a coffee drinker? You will love the coffee bar. Wait till you see it. The kitchen has all appliances you will need and more. All the dishes are so beautiful. Connie has staged the home where everyone and anyone will be comfortable. In the morning, be sure and take you coffee out on back porch and look at the scenery. Gorgeous mountains and the mesmerizing San Juan river are right there in front of you. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the recliners in the den and the large TV was wonderful. We will be back to visit our Navajo Dam home and our new friend Connie.

We recently spent a wonderful week at this beautiful home along the San Juan River and could not have been happier with our stay. The property felt practically new, was exceptionally clean, and had every accommodation needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. All products, furnishings, appliances, and amenities provided were clearly top of the line and made the stay feel especially comfortable and well thought out.The hosts were outstanding: friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They provided plenty of useful local information and even shared options allowing for additional riverfront access, which we greatly appreciated. The location was perfect and ideal for fishing and enjoying the river. Simply relaxing on the back porch and watching the incredible wildlife along the river was an extra bonus:  we saw mule deer, wild turkey, osprey, geese, ducks, river otters along with a wide variety of colorful birds visiting feeders in the yard.We fished the Quality Waters most days, catch and keep on others, and also made a day trip to Navajo Lake — less than 15 minutes away — where we caught trout, black bass, and northern pike. One especially memorable day included fishing the Quality Waters in the morning and still having time to play a round at Piñon Hills Golf Course that afternoon.Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a  San Juan River getaway.
