Fire up the natural gas grill, relax in the suspended hammocks, or simply lounge on the swings as the gentle breeze carries the scent of the nearby flowers. As evening falls, unwind in the warm hot tub under a starlit sky, or cozy up with your favorite shows on the outdoor TV, embracing the peaceful atmosphere of this special retreat.

The yard is a magical space with a firepit, Adirondack chairs, and twinkling string lights, setting the stage for memorable nighttime gatherings. Inside, the RV offers a perfect balance of comfort and charm, with a queen bed, TV, and ample storage in the rear bedroom. The front room is cozy with built-in bunk beds, ideal for young adventurers. The bathroom is a luxurious haven, featuring a rain shower to refresh after your explorations.

The living area is designed for relaxation, complete with an extra TV and a futon, offering a cozy corner for guests. The kitchen boasts high-end appliances—including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, and coffee maker—inviting you to create delicious meals and enjoy the comforts of home.

Step outside and wander through the vibrant blooms of our working flower farm, or venture toward The Barn, our event venue, for a taste of the local charm. For those seeking a moment of peace, enjoy fishing in our well-stocked pond—just let us know if you’d like access instructions.

Additional Notes:
• Please avoid parking in front of The Suites pole barn, as it houses suites available for rent.
• The RV features a regular drip coffee pot, not a Keurig.
• Weddings: As the RV neighbors The Barn, you may hear distant melodies from wedding celebrations. Weddings typically end by 10 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Feel free to inquire if there will be any weddings during your stay.

Policies & Important Information
• Extra Guest Policy: Our home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. For additional guests (up to a maximum of 10), there is a fee of $35 per person, per day to cover added liability, wear, tear, and cleaning. This fee applies only to guests exceeding 7.
• Hot Tub Disclaimer: While the hot tub is a wonderful amenity, please note that it cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time due to potential maintenance issues.
• Weddings & Other Guests: This property hosts weddings, and you may hear music from the venue if a wedding is taking place during your stay. Additionally, nearby Bridal and Cowboy Suites may occasionally have guests. We kindly ask that all renters be respectful of one another and maintain reasonable noise levels throughout the day.
• Parties & Events: We strictly prohibit the organization of parties or similar events at our property. This policy ensures the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all guests and helps maintain the peace of the surrounding community.
Wildlife: This property sits on 50 acres in a rural setting. it is not uncommon to encounter deer, racoon, squirrel, rabbits, mice or other wildlife.

Great Stay

I took my best friend for a Glamping trip to celebrate her birthday. It was a great place to stay. There was not an event going on, so it was quiet and we could walk the grounds.

We had such a great time! We loved the camper and the private fenced in area. There were games for the kids to play in the cabinet which was great, we also loved exploring the property the grounds are absolutely beautiful! Beds were comfy, plenty of towels and blankets. You get the camper experience without having to set it all up. 100% recommend

Perfect Overnight Stay

Trailer in Paradise

What a perfect little escape getaway. Trailer is huge and roomy, very comfortable with every amenity we needed. Sun was hot, hammocks were relaxing and hot tub topped it off. The entire property is just amazing and we want to return for sure.

Vintage Ladies HOFs trip.

A group of over 60 friends wanted to knock the Hall of Fames off our bucket list. This camper was the best place to relax after 5 hours on the road and a visit to the Rock and Roll HOF. The info for parking and entry were perfect. The privacy was awesome!. Fire pit and hot tub. Comfy beds, coffee on the patio in the morning. A great breakfast place about 2 minutes away. I would def stay there again. Hostess was very accommodating.

Bachelorette staycation

This was the perfect place for a bachelorette overnight “stay-cation!” There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. We had pizza, played board games, and made a craft on the large patio table while we watched the sunset, and got to enjoy more time outside in the hot tub even after it got a little chilly out. The camper was so cute, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and check out were a breeze. I would definitely stay here again!

What a gem. Instagramable to say the least. My sons & I loved watching soccer on the outdoor tv while soaking in the jacuzzi as the sun went down. Then we all moved to the fire pit. A perfect end to a long day of sightseeing. The air conditioning in the camper was so good. Full size fridge & freezer. The fence gave us a sense of privacy. Super clean. Modern decor. The lights strung outside were so classy. The sound of crickets as we swung in the hammocks late at night, priceless.

This was an amazing little oasis. We loved it. The hot tub and fire pit were amazing. The string lights and hammocks made the outside very inviting even at night. The beds were comfortable, though a little short for our teenager. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cooking items. We even found a really tasty and inexpensive family restaurant nearby. We will definitely be back.

Awesome Glamping Experience at 1885 Farms!

Never a place to be outdone - my wife and I had a great stay and very peaceful experience (just what we were looking for) our first night in the camper. Then the second day/night my kindergartener’s last day of school was celebrated in style with fishing and outdoor activities galore! Followed by a great time in “her very own pool” 😂 w/ TV! Glamping at it's BEST!

Such a lovely overnight stay with my daughters. This rental is a "magical little oasis" with a lot of attention given to details. It's impossible not to have a relaxed comfortable stay here. We were in and out of the (very clean) hot tub, enjoyed the grill, made smores around the fire pit and ended the evening in comfy beds. Apart from the overall ambiance these hosts have created, we really appreciated the "extras" ..... watching TV outdoors from the hot tub, the string lighting and being able to enjoy music from the external speakers. Highly recommend staying here!

Last minute getaway

My husband and I loved our stay! It was everything we could have imagined and more. From walking in and feeling immediate serenity. There was a wedding going on & we actually loved hearing the music from it( wasn’t overly loud) . My husband caught 3 fish in the 30 mins we spent at the pond. And ending the night with a movie and hot tub while the fire was going was so perfect to us !

Cozy affordable camper

My kids loved staying in a camper. They really liked the bunk beds. The fenced in area gave us good privacy. The host was extremely quick and helpful with anything we needed. We overall enjoyed our stay but some things were concerning. First, the hot tub was extremely foamy like it was full of cleaner. The water in the camper was not turned on for our first 4 hours there. The a/c leaked. And our biggest issue was the fridge didn’t work and the groceries we had bought went bad. Aside from those issues I still give it a 4/5. We did overall enjoy our stay.

Perfect Stay

Check in and out was simple. The property host was available by phone or message. There was no lack of ease with anything. We did wake up to frozen water, but the ease of communication with the host by phone for a heads up was quick. Her maintenance must live on property or nearby because he was there at check out to ensure everything was working properly. Turns out the hose hookup to the outside hydrant was a little cold. We will more than likely be returning for another stay when it's a little warmer out to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub more than the group already did. I would give more stars if i could for this property.

Comfy Camper 7 night stay

Cute and comfortable camper for a week while visiting family. It was a great trial run to see if we would enjoy the camping/RV life. We truly found it to be a lot of fun. The grounds are private with a privacy fence around it, which made it nice when we were in the hot tub. 1885 Farms is beautiful with a pond, hills/trees, and even some cute groundhogs to watch from the back windows of the camper. Heat/AC worked great, TV/internet were good, nothing to complain about at all. Communication with the host was absolutely seamless. There was a slight “scare” when we woke up to no hot water on Friday AM, but the host accommodated us and had a specialist out there in no time…turns out it was a simple fix of turning a valve back on that accidentally got forgotten about when the hot tub service technician came the evening prior! But from the second the issue was discovered to full resolution, the host stayed in contact with us and ensured we had appropriate accommodations for showers, etc! I highly recommend that if you’re wanting a trial run in camping/RVing or looking to go camping/RVing without hauling your own check this place out. This place is charming!

Live Rodent Under Bed, a Lot of Rodent Feces Inside and No Exterior Lights Upon Arrival

VRBO classified my report as a Health & Safety case after I sent photos. Issues Summary: 1. No exterior lights 2. Live rodent(s) 3. Rodent feces 4. Rodent repellents Details: 1. I notified the host a week before our arrival that we would be arriving late at night & asked if there would be lights on. She replied & said there would be. -There were no lights on when we arrived at 12:30a, it was pitch dark at the driveway which we passed a couple times, dark in the parking area & at the entry gate. -We had to walk through pitch darkness to find the entry gate & lockbox w/the key in it, through a dark yard w/luggage to get to the door of the property, and to unlock the main door to get in, all w/light only from a phone flashlight. 2. There was a live rodent(s) inside a built-in bunkbed base loudly scratching at the wood trying to get inside the bedroom all night. I considered leaving, but it was dark, I was tired & it started storming. 3. Since I couldn't sleep I started to make a decaf. When I turned over the Keurig pods box, rodent feces fell onto the counter. There were also dead bugs in the utensils carafe, the floor register had droppings in it, and there was what looked like a year's worth of rodent feces in the sink base cabinet. 4. There were rodent repellent bags all over and evidence that a rodent had chewed up something by the baseboard. I had an allergic reaction to the balsam oil in the bags, runny nose, coughing. No refund offered.
