This luxury 11th floor condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 king size bed in the primary ensuite, 1 queen size bed & 1 full size bed in the second bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 4 guests. Extra fees may apply for more than 4 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit.

Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.

The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our stay at Beach Colony West 11E was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The views from the balcony were simply breathtaking — we enjoyed watching dolphins in the morning and gorgeous sunsets in the evening.The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook meals, the beds were super comfortable, and the living area felt like home. The pool area and beach access were both immaculate and never overcrowded. The building itself is very secure and well maintained, and parking was easy and convenient.The owners/management were wonderful to communicate with — responsive, friendly, and truly cared about making our stay perfect. Navarre Beach is such a hidden gem, peaceful but still close to great restaurants and activities.We can’t wait to come back! This condo exceeded every expectation — highly recommend Beach Colony West 11E to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Exactly as advertised

I appreciated that the condo was exactly as the advertised photos and info. We were able to easily access the unit, the bikes, the community center, etc. We never had to contact the owners/mgmt. 1st time and Navarre Beach and loved how beautiful and quiet it was.

Very clean, very nice condo, but...

Let me start by saying this place is very nice, very nice updates throughout, very clean, and quick communication with the property management. The only draw back for me and my family was the constant reminders all over the place of things they would fine you for. It was really off-putting and made me feel a level of unease the entire time we were there. I have stayed in several really nice comparable condos up and down the coast and this was the first that I just felt completely untrusted. Other than that, it was really nice but I would likely stay in another location next time.

Amazing and High End Experience!

I will start by saying this is a beautiful property. I appreciated the gated entry; the grounds and corridors were extremely clean and well-maintained. Upon arrival, everything was immaculate. It has everything you need; everything is well organized and quickly found. There is plenty of space, is high-end design, and the heated master bathroom tile floor is a great touch. The covered balcony is huge with a spectacular view. There is an adjacent building, so it is not extremely private, but I did not find it an issue. SMART TVs, fast internet, and high-end appliances only add to the rental's top-notch appointments. I wish had time for a longer stay. Everything worked, and I had no problems. Reservations were simple; emails from the owner sent links and any details needed. She responded quickly and was very nice. If you respect this fantastic property, you should choose it for your stay. I highly recommend it. Stunning and well done! A couple of wish list items: Adding a full-length wall mirror would be handy and I was surprised this was missing. I am also used to a softer bed, and I wish the master mattress were a bit plusher; however, I appreciated the extra linens and blankets as the weather was cold during my visit, which helped balance the firm mattress out. I also wish the luggage carts were in the garage, not the main building, as it is a little walk. I also wish the check out was a little later in the morning.

Highly recommend this condo. It was nicely decorated and clean. Easy access to beach and well maintained grounds. Only recommendation is new towels are needed. They were worn and not so white anymore. Otherwise, great place to stay. You won’t be disappointed.

My major complaint was that while the listing states “free beach chair rental” on the property description on your site. The “fine print” in the rental agreement indicates the free rental is only March thru October. Deanna did provide the contact information for a rental agency, but at our added expense. Otherwise the property was beautiful and well maintained and Deanna was helpful.

Fantastic Condo

We have stayed in many condos in the Panama City Beach, Destin, and Ft. Walton beach area. We decided to give Navarre a try. I am so glad we did. This was by far the nicest and cleanest condo we have stayed in. The complex is nice. The check in process was very easy. The view was fantastic. The balcony overlooking the Gulf is huge. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony and it was so relaxing. The pool and the beach are easy accessible and very nice. The beach chair service is a definite plus however it is first come first served and only the actual owners have chairs on the front row. If you are renting the unit from the owner you are relegated to the 2nd row (this was a little disappointing to us). I would highly recommend this condo. We will be back.

The condo is beautiful, very comfortable furniture and beds. Also, balcony furniture was very sturdy and comfortable, not the little plastic stuff that is sometime out there. DeeAnna was wonderful to work with, she replies quickly to questions and any problems you may encounter. We had a very relaxing week of vacation!

Perfect Place to Relax!

This condo was a perfect place to take it slow and relax. It is hard to say what my favorite part was. The balcony had the most beautiful view of the beach and very comfortable patio furniture. The master bath was beautiful, I love the open concept of the glass shower and the soaking tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and the beds! I don’t think I have ever slept on a more comfortable bed. The pool was so nice, even at times when there seemed to be a lot of people, it accommodated nicely and never felt crowded. It was amazing and we were talking about coming back before we ever left. The location was within walking distance to several places to eat and everyone we encountered was so friendly!

We totally enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony was absolutely perfect. We had an issue with the lock due to the batteries, but Barry was there within the hour and had it fixed. The pool was wonderful as well. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week at Navarre Beach! The condo far exceeded our expectations. It was very well equipped with kitchen supplies, beach towels, 2 bikes to enjoy, and the beds were very comfy. The beachfront views were amazing and it was close to very good eating establishments. We will definitely rebook this location again for our next visit to Navarre Beach!

Amazing in every way

Navarre Beach has become our new favorite spot. It’s much quieter and more relaxed than the constant traffic and congestion of places like Destin. The unit was perfect, well maintained, and had a very beautiful design/decor. It literally felt like home for a week. The pool did not disappoint in any way. It’s huge and shaped like a peanut! We’ve stayed at great condos in the past that the pool was an afterthought. Not this one. It was my girls’ favorite part of the trip. The communication with the host was excellent prior to the trip, during the trip, and even after. She was always polite, prompt, and courteous. In fact, I’ll even add…every single employee of the complex was super professional and always seemed to be in a good mood. This made a big difference comparing to other locations. And lastly; the Navarre Beach Surf and Rescue Lifeguards are everywhere on the beach watching and keeping everyone safe. We felt great having them nearby with our littles running around. A huge thank you. It was an amazing trip and can’t wait to return.

Beautiful condo!

We had a very nice stay at this condo. It is decorated with a beautiful beach theme and was very clean! The master bathroom is amazing with the sun coming through the shutters and the beautiful colors! The balcony is a great size and the furniture is quality and comfortable as is all the furniture in this unit. The owner responded right away with all my inquiries and was very helpful. The condo property requires several codes for different things so that was a bit annoying. The location was at the busier end of the island but the week days are better than the weekend traffic. We prefer a quieter area but the condo itself made it worth it. The size of the condo was perfect and the owner created such a beautiful place to spend a vacation. Overall, it was a great week spent on Navarre Beach!

This condo is the real deal. Luxury and comfort at every turn. The well thought out fixtures, furnishings, textures and colors of the decor all work together to give the ultimate relaxing beach vibe that makes for a perfect getaway. The remodeled bathrooms are excellent at providing that spa like level of comfort and refinement. The oversized balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing evening watching the sunset. The beds are just perfect...supportive without feeling too hard. The kitchen is well stocked. The beach towels and cooler make trips to the beach easy, and the included beach chairs and umbrella are the cherry on top! We will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Relaxing beach getaway

This was our 2nd time here and it was wonderful! Zero complaints. Very relaxing accommodations, prompt communication with the management staff, beautiful condo. Have stayed other places along the gulf but this is hands down our favorite!
