Welcome to Cloud 9 at Beach Colony West, your 1500 Sq Ft condo with HUGE (22' x 8') balcony directly overlooking the beach & Gulf of Mexico. Unit sleeps 6! Master BR w/ King bed, 2nd BR w/ 2 Queens. Queen Sleeper sofa in Living Room. LCD tv’s in living room and both bedrooms. Property includes largest swimming pool (50 meter, Olympic size) on Navarre Beach and also has a direct view of the longest pier in the Gulf! Beach service with beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs is also included (March through October stays)! Plenty of excellent restaurants just a short drive/walk away. Play some beach volleyball down the street at Juana's. Play tennis or pickle ball. Fishing (gear rentals available) within walking distance. Enjoy bike riding (rentals available) on path to State Park or the National Seashore. Boat, wave runner, Kayaks, & snorkeling equipment rentals available just down the street. Other local attractions include:
- Just across the Navarre Beach bridge, enjoy Thursdays in the Park free Summer Concert Series, showcasing a variety of local musicians on stage with the Navarre Sound and sunset as the backdrop!
- Attractions galore in Pensacola (~30 miles away), including: Blue Angels air shows at Naval Air Station, Naval Air Station Museum (one of the top 10 tourist attractions in the state!); famous Portofino Boardwalk, where visitors can enjoy shopping, dining, live entertainment, simply strolling down the boardwalk, and much more; Pensacola Blue Wahoos Minor League baseball at Pensacola Bayfront Stadium, which boasts one of the best views in all of sports; incredible restaurants including Joe Patti’s World Famous Seafood Market; and much, much more!

One of the largest and oldest Atlantic white cedars stands among the many trees along the river. This tree has been recognized as a Florida Champion tree.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was beautiful with a great ocean view, and the hosts communicated well throughout.The only frustration was the complimentary beach chairs. It would have been helpful to know before booking that these are typically placed behind other rows, leaving very tight access to the water and limited visibility. Knowing this in advance would have allowed for different seating arrangements to be considered.

Beautiful place to stay on Navarre Beach! We had amazing views from the balcony and easy access walking down to the beach. The condo was clean & very comfortable for our family of 4. The kitchen had all we needed to prep breakfast & lunches. Nicole was amazing to work with, checking in that we arrived ok & also communicating with us before checking out. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay on Navarre Beach!

Nice condo, great beach view, would stay here again. Host was attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I thought the host was very personable and nice and enjoyed talking to her. There is oversized parking for high profile vehicles. We had a cargo carrier and needed to use those spots a couple times. I enjoyed the walk in closet and the condo had plenty of space. I appreciated that the floors were so clean.

This location is perfect. The unit was not only nice and clean but there were thoughtful details and unexpected items for us to enjoy like games and beach towels and even a small cooler to take to the beach. I cannot speak to the other beds in the unit as it was only the 2 of us, but the king bed was very comfortable. Anytime we reached out to Nicole she was exceptionally responsive. We are hoping to visit again.

Great place to stay. Very clean, in great shape and plenty of kitchen utensils. Owners responded very quickly to a question we had. Balcony is very nice! It was so nice to see beach towels for us to use. There was also plenty of bathroom and kitchen towels. Highly recommend this unit!

Our host Nicole was very responsive and helpful. She couldn’t have been nicer.The condo was clean and well stocked with nice towels and all kinds of kitchen items. The view was beautiful, the beach was like walking on white sugar. The water was crystal clear and aqua blue. One of my favorite beaches. We truly enjoyed being there.

Beautiful condo with amazing views! The unique shape of the balcony allows for views of the beach and the sound! Tastefully decorated and clean. The owner was a pleasure to talk to and responded quickly to messages. Beach and sand are like the caribbean, Navarre Beach is very nice.

This condo more than lives up to its name- Cloud 9! We look forward to our stay at Beach Colony Navarre each summer and have found our favorite unit yet! The owners are super sweet and even checked in to make sure that we arrived okay and had everything we needed! Their attention to detail in their home is unmatched- there was nothing that we could have needed that wasn’t already there. This was a perfect vacation and we hope to be back soon!
