Having three bedrooms and close to the beach was very nice. The property needed a few repairs, which I communicated directly to the owner. Hopefully those repairs are made. The property also needed a deep cleaning which I also communicated directly to the owner. Otherwise, it would be a five star property

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The communication was great. I only had one or two questions leading up to our stay but the host responded within 30 minutes both times. We were able to check in early, which was wonderful. Instructions for check in and important things to know were very clear and accurate. The condo was completely spotless and looked even better than the pictures.We were on the 4th floor facing the ocean with a spectacular view. The best part was the ease of access to the beach. A quick ride down the elevator (very fast elevator) and a walk across the walkway and you are on the sand.We have stayed in about 5 different condos in the area and this is by far our favorite.Parking was a breeze as well.

We had a fabulous stay at this wonderful place! Carrie was beyond gracious and helpful! The kitchen was well stocked with all you could need. The view was amazing! It is convenient to restaurants and the on site beach store was an added bonus.

We have stayed at many Summerwind condos over the years, and this was definitely my favorite. The furniture was comfortable both inside and out. The pots and pans were actually usable instead of the extremely cheap stuff that one usually finds in a condo. I love that you got a full gulf view and yet the balcony was in the shade almost the entire day. Allowing you to enjoy the outdoors after you had had enough sun.

Navarre is a beautiful destination! It has grown and matured over the years. The beaches are unparalleled - beautiful white sand and the water is so clear! The condo is very well appointed, everything worked perfectly. We enjoyed our stay, and plan to come back!

Major Disappointment

First 2 days elevator not working had to haul everything up and down the stairs. All beds were worn out and uncomfortable. Main Bedroom bed slates off on one of the sides with make shift 2X4's holding up some of the other slats. One Lamp in Main Bedroom had a frayed cord and unusable other one was unplugged. Pulled out nightstand to plug it in the dust and dirt behind the nightstand was unbelievable! Mold in 2 of the 3 Bathrooms. One of the compartments in the refrigerator had a cracked drawer with a sharp edge. Sliding glass door to deck hung up on a screw at the top of the frame making it almost impossible to close. Were told to leave the Beach Chairs as they had paying customers wanting them. (We were told if we had $50.00 we could use them.) We have stayed at the Summerwinds Condos for more than 10 years many of the years staying 2 to 3 times per year. Never had anything close to experience...

Nice place

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I will say that it is a little outdated in decor and the kitchen was missing a few items but we were able to make do (I understand things go missing in the kitchen so not a big deal.) It was nice to have chairs available though the unit but we did have to pay a $10 a day service fee for everyday we used the chairs. Overall this is a good unit and the owner is great to work with.

A Perfect Stay in Navarre, FL

Prior to arriving, I read the description and the reviews of this property. Upon arrival, my entire family was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, the updated furniture, the decoration style and size of the place, cozy and comfortable vibes ...it was perfect. Ms. Carrie was amazing. She was attentive and professional throughout the weekend. She made sure our stay was absolutely enjoyable. The weather was not ideal, so having a beautiful condo/apartment to enjoy and relax was the absolute best part of the trip. My family is already discussing a return trip.
