Beach Colony West is an incredible place to stay. It's conveniently located. It has direct access to the beach and a pool. The penthouses are roomy and well laid out. Overall, this has become our go-to beach destination.

Beautiful view. Extremely clean. Rooms just as described. We did have an issue checking in. The unit number on the door is different from the reservation. The after hours rep couldn’t really help because she wasn’t familiar with the complex.

Less than expected

The location is perfect with incredible views. The condo easily accommodated our family of 7 with lots of space. The condo could have been cleaned better, the floors left the bottoms of our feet black and the oven was not properly cleaned. Beautiful kitchen, yes, but bring your own cookware. There aren’t any baking sheets nor large skillets. The medium skillet is peeling so badly we didn’t want to risk using it. We had to buy our own. The king mattress needs to be replaced. Each side has very deep body indentations. My husband and I had to sleep in the bunk beds, swapping with the kids, to get decent sleep.
