Avisei que chegaria às 20 horas, cheguei as 21e não tinha toalha. A atendente mandou eu esperar 10 minutos que iria chegar da lavanderia.mas não chegou, aí ela me levou 3 toalhas velhas, para 4 hóspedes, só tinha 2 travesseiros para 4 hóspedes. Cama de casal quebrada fazendo muito barulho ao se mecher e a beliche de cima estáva cagada, acho que de passarinho.

Experiência bem ruim! Quarto com cheiro bem ruim, forte e sem ventilação. ( Colocam uma ventilação mecânica no quarto ) mas não resolve. Café fraco pelo valor que cobram. Chegamos com valores diferentes no balcão, e pediram pra cancelarmos a compra e refazer por lá. Nos trancaram no estacionamento e tivemos um atraso significativo na saída do checkout.
