A detached Cycladic residence with a lovely garden, patio and spacious parking only a 5 minutes walk from the beach of Mikri Vigla.
This traditional residence of 100 square meters can accomodate 4 persons plus one and offers all the amenities you need.
The place charms you from the very first moment thanks to location, large outdoor spaces and view. It is an ideal getaway for calm and relaxing holidays suitable for couples, families and solo travellers. Sports enthusiasts and generally guests who want to pursue outdoor activities while on holidays, will love this place as it is in the perfect spot for activities such as swimming, surfing, kitesurfing, cycling, and walking. Moreover, the garden and all exterior spaces can be used by travellers with spiritual needs who engage in meditation and yoga. The house has a southwest orientation facing the sea, with marvellous colors at sunset time and a northern refreshing wind coming from the mountain .
The residence is located in Mikri Vigla, on the West coast of the island and approx 12 km from the main town, Chora.
It's only a 5 min walk from the well-protected south beach of Mikri Vigla, and a 10 min walk from the north beach of Mikri Vigla (Parthena) famous for kite and wind surfing.
Furthermore, numerous popular and picturesque beaches such as Plaka, Aliko and Pirgaki are situated in a very small distance, about 10 min by car.
A bakery, supermarkets, restaurants, car and bike rental shop, and an ATM are all within a walking distance.
It' s a lively area with a lot of restaurants, cafes, beach bar, watersports facilities and surf clubs.
